INGREDIENTS
- 1 large head cauliflower — cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic clove — minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley — chopped
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
