INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 6 chicken thighs , bone in skin on
- Combine all the ingredients together in the slow cooker until well mixed.
- Lay the chicken skin side up in a single layer and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
